Is the game only printed in English?

Yes, the full game is only printed in English.

The rule sheet will be made available as online .pdf for download in Italian, German, French, and Spanish.

How do I know if I apply for the 24-hour coin?

We will update the backer numbers here after the 24 hours are passed (e.g. backer with number 0-X will get the coin)

Can I change my pledge?

Yes, you can change your pledge here on Kickstarter both before the campaign ends as well as in the pledge manager after the campaign ends.

I want to add some add-on to my pledge - how do I do that?

After the Kickstarter Campaign ends the Pledge Manager will open and here you can add the various add-ons available.

Will the Kickstarter version go into retail?

It will probably go to retail via small retailers - we do sell the BULK version here on KS.

If we make a deal with bigger distributors (to go more world wide) it will most likely be the retail edition. In short - we can’t promise that the version you can buy at retailers will be the same as the KS version, so cannot confirm or deny :)

Will tariff changes affect the price for me?

Your final cost is simply your pledge (and any additional addons you choose) plus shipping/VAT calculated in the pledge manager.

We guarantee no surprise tariff surcharges.

Are customs duties included in the price of the order?

Shipping is custom tax friendly in the EU, UK, USA, ASIA, AUSTRALIA AND NEW ZEALAND. However you will be charged for VAT in the pledge manager according to your country of residence.

If you are outside these regions you can still make an order but the package will most likely get taxed once it reaches your country. Extra fees may be required by your local postal service for delivery and clearance. Any import taxes charged by the destination country are your responsibility. Customs policies vary widely from country to country so if you have any concerns before you order, we recommend that you contact your local customs office.

If your order is not claimed from your country’s customs it will be returned to the warehouse. You can then have it re-shipped for an extra cost.

Can I get my pledge refunded?

If the campaign is still live, you can cancel your pledge before it ends. However once the campaign is over and collection has started, it is no longer possible to cancel your pledge.

If you’re interested in having your collected pledge refunded, you’ll need to wait 14 days after the campaign ends for the funds to reach us and then you can reach out to us directly through [email protected].

If you want to cancel your Pledge during Pledge Manager, you can request a partial refund, where 20% will be deducted to cover administration and processing fees. To do so, contact our support at [email protected].

When Production Starts: Once Pledge Management ends and we initiate the manufacturing of the game, refunds or edits will not be possible. If your reward is successfully delivered and you fail to accept it, we can reship it at your cost, but will not offer refunds.

Yes. Every game will come with the small Pilgor plushie.

BackerKit FAQ

What is BackerKit?

BackerKit is a service that crowdfunded project creators use to keep track of hundreds to tens of thousands of backers—from shipping details, pledge levels, preferences and quantities, whether they have paid or had their card declined, special notes, and everything in between!

The BackerKit software and support team is independent from the campaign’s project team—BackerKit does not handle the actual reward shipping. For more information about the preparation or delivery status of your rewards, please check the project's updates page.

How does BackerKit work?

After the campaign ends, the project creator will send you an email with a unique link to your survey. You can check out a walkthrough of the process here.

I never received my invitation. How do I complete the survey?

The most common reasons for not receiving a survey email is that you may be checking an email inbox different from the email address you used to sign up with Kickstarter, Indiegogo or Tilt Pro account, or it may be caught in your spam filter.

Confirm that the email address you are searching matches the email address tied to your Kickstarter, Indiegogo, or Tilt Pro account. If that doesn’t work, then try checking your spam, junk or promotions folders. You can also search for "backerkit” in your inbox.

To resend the survey to yourself, visit the project page and input the email address associated with your Kickstarter, Indiegogo or Tilt Pro account.

How do I update my shipping address?

BackerKit allows you to update your shipping address until the shipping addresses are locked by the project creator. To update your address, go back to your BackerKit survey by inputting your email here.

When will my order be shipped, charged or locked?

That is handled directly by the project creator. BackerKit functions independently of the project itself, so we do not have control of their physical shipping timeline. If you want to check on the project’s status, we recommend reading over the project's updates page.

I completed the survey, but haven't received my rewards yet. When will they arrive?

As BackerKit does not actually handle any rewards or shipping, the best way to stay updated on the shipping timeline would be to check out the project's updates page.
